Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK, EU, Norway, Switzerland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, USA, Canada and Australia.

Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags.
As Otia is a small business, customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid at delivery are non-refundable, as these are charged by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
How much is UK shipping?
UK standard tracked delivery is £3.99 or free on orders over £85.
Express delivery is £5.49.
