We currently ship to the UK, EU, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, USA & Australia.
All orders are shipped from the UK.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch.
IMPORTANT - International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and handling fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not collect these charges at checkout, and they must be paid upon delivery where applicable.

- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
- Delivery times are estimates and apply to business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, customers will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
All orders are shipped using tracked services.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier, Otia is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in raising an investigation.
Pre Orders
Products marked as "Pre-Order" are not currently available for immediate dispatch. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that payment will be taken at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
Any estimated dispatch dates provided are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. While we aim to dispatch all pre-orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control.
If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may be dispatched together once all items are available. In the event of a significant delay, customers will be notified by email. Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before dispatch for a full refund.
