SHIPPING

How long does UK shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

UK orders arrive in 2-3 working days once dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You’ll receive full tracking info once your order is dispatched.

How much is UK shipping?

UK standard tracked delivery is £3.99 or free on orders over £85.

Express delivery is £5.49.

SIZING

How do I know what size to order?

Each product includes a size guide with references to models.

Isabel, wears size XS in sports bra, tank top, and shorts. She is 5 ft 5. 

RETURNS

Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit?

Yes, we only accept UK returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags.

As Otia is a small business, customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Please email isabel@otia.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you from there.

EXCHANGES

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order once your refund is processed.

CARE

How do I care for my Otia activewear?

Wash on a cold cycle with similar colours and inside out.

Do not tumble dry.

Air dry flat to keep your pieces looking and feeling their best.

Avoid fabric softeners or bleach.
